Alibaba crackers

Yes!!! My bad mood is still there, I needed to find something crunchy to eat with my lovely tomato ketchup. 🙂


These crackers are perfect to eat with humous, or any other dip!

140 g whole wheat flour
140 g all purpose flour
50 g olive oil
seeds (flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds…)
sea salt
160/170 ml water

Pre-heat oven at 200°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. When the dough is moist but not too sticky, roll it out on a floured surface.
Sparkle with sea salt. Transfer on a baking sheet and cook  for 20/25 minutes.
