Sweet Petit Pains au lait d’amandes

Using the same recipe of my Petit Pains au lait d’amandes, you can bake their sweet sisters by adding 1/2 cup of maple syrup and some sugar pearls on the top.

If you prefer you can add some black chocolate chips instead of the sugar pearls, or a few drops of cherry jam in the middle, the dough is quite versatile and not too sweet.

Tip: If you want you can freeze them and eat them later. I often defrost one and eat it after dinner…
