Avocado Mayo

A fresh and tasty dipping sauce for all your crudités and also a good way to use your ripen avocados! Image

3 ripen avocados
2 small ripen tomatoes
2 young fresh red onions
Juice of 1 lemon
2 small spoon of sesame seeds
1 coffee cup of almond milk
2 spoons of olive oil
1 spoon of chopped fresh herbs (oregano, marjoram, fennel, thyme)
balsamic vinegar

Place all the ingredients in a mixing cup, and whip them with a hand blender, till creamy. Have a taste and season with salt and balsamic vinegar. Put the avocado mayo in the fridge for one hour before serving.
