Country red sorbet…


I have a small juicer. It can extract juice but also masticate frozen vegetables/fruits making sorbets very easy to do.
Put some fruits in your freezer, when frozen, grind them in your juicer, using the appropriate tool, add some lemon juice, nuts (My favorite are pecan nuts and roasted pine seeds) and a sweetener…
I used only red fruits for this dessert (cherries, strawberries, raspberries, black currants), the juice and zest of 1 lime and some organic brown sugar.
I also minced some vegan cookies and put a layer of crumbles at the bottom of every glass cup!
