I’m sorry what I called spaghetti are in fact “noodles”, rice noodles to be precise… This is the reason why I changed the name of the recipe. 🙂
400 g vegetables (carrots – sliced, broccoli, green peas…)
1 red onion sliced
100 g rice noodle
3 tbs olive oil
3 tbs soya sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, then all the vegetables and soy sauce and stir-fry for 7/8 minutes. Add the rice noodle and a cup of hot water, cook for 5 more minutes, add some more water if needed till the rice noodle are cooked. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
