Vegan bechamel is the perfect base for a “cheesy sauce”  …

Mix 2 tb spoon of flour + 1 full tb spoon of olive oil (no sunflower oil! it gives a yucky taste to your bechamel) then add 1 glass of vegetable milk. Some salt and a few minutes in your MW oven. Et voilà! Mix well and the bechamel will get silky and smooth. 
Add some tomato sauce or mushrooms cooked with oil/garlic/parsley …and you’ll have a lovely and easy cheesy pasta sauce!
