Can vegan Mayo be as easy as you read in forums and actually as tasty as non vegan mayonnaise?
Yes it can!!
And it’s so versatile!
Do you need a quick and easy idea for an aperitif? Here it is…
Sliced vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, celery…)
Homemade vegan puff pastry appetizers with sesame and poppy seeds
And your vegan mayonnaise!
Solve the mystery and give it a try:
100 ml vegetable oil (olive, canola, sunflower…)
50 ml vegetable milk
1 tsp carob powder (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
Combine all ingredients with a wand blender for about 60 seconds! And it’s done. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Add 1 tsp of mustard if you like.
