About the curd….

…my macarons were a disaster! I hopelessly tried to do a vegan version of the French Macarons and I ended up with a lovely lemon filling (at least it was deliciously eatable) and a sort of almond brittle….BIG FAILURE! Is there any famous quote like “big successes come from the worst failures”? Maybe it’s mine… πŸ˜‰
