I really like this infographic, even though I would change “proteins” with “vegetarian/vegan proteins” in my case. πŸ™‚
I found it on Fit for 365‘s blog and I thought it was worth re-posting it.

Do you put all your food in just one plate? I don’t…. πŸ™‚

  1. It is a great one – I feel like we need to be starting this research SO young. Definitely in schools, but for parenting, posted in grocery stores, everything!

    • I think we are moving to the right direction, something is changing and for the better.We talk more and more about what to eat, what to avoid, what to check on labels. Unfortunately many people “don’t read” and don’t care, or simply don’t know. We are lucky because we had the will to know more about food and we try to share our little food knowledge. πŸ™‚
