How about some homemade raw crackers to eat together with some cashew cheese? They are hearty and very seedy. One cracker leads to another and you’ll finish them before you know…. 🙂
NB: A dehydrator is required for this raw recipe!
200 g mixed seeds (sunflower, poppy, sesame, pumpkin…)
100 g finely ground almonds
50 g freshly ground golden flax seeds
1 tbsp whole organic flour
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce (or more according to your taste)
Fresh ground pepper to taste
250 ml water
Mix together ground flax and water. Let sit until water is absorbed. Place almonds and seeds in mixing bowl. Stir well. Using a rolling pin, spread dough on 2 non-stick dehydrator sheets. The dough is quite wet. Dehydrate at max for 3/4 hours (time depends on the power of your dehydrator, crackers must be crunchy and quite dry .
