Crunchy Bread with Seeds

Using the same base of my Italian Schiacciatine, you can prepare a nice, crunchy & flat brad by topping it with different seeds: sesame, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, flax seeds …
Sprinkle the dough with sea salt and pepper, brush it with olive oil and you’ll be able to bake a nice aperitif, snack, bread … to eat with a tasty salad, some cheese (vegan or not), tomatoes or just as it is!

I tried to add some nutty cheese to my bread and it was not bad at all:
