DIY “Parmigiano” Sprinkles

You can use this mix as you would use grated Parmigiano: it’s easy, not expensive and it really tastes good!

INGREDIENTS:
60 g almonds
80 g roasted bread (Take a few slices of old bread and roast them on a skillet with 1 spoon of olive oil till golden and crunchy)
1 tbsp 1/2 dried herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme)
1/2 tsp sea salt
60 g nutritional yeast

Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until the mix has ground into a powder! And then smell, you will feel like trying it straight!!
Store itย in the fridge!
