Cauliflower rolls

What about a different kind of roll made with riced cauliflower?
These no-bread rolls are super easy to make and very tasty! Furthermore they are gluten/wheat-free: a new creative way to eat veggies! 🙂

INGREDIENTS
600 g frozen cauliflower, riced
2 egg replacer
2 fresh small onions (minced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp flax seeds
4 tbsp almond flour
4 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp corn meal
2 tbsp olive oil
sea salt to taste
sesame seeds

Pre-heat oven 175°C
In a food processor pulse frozen cauliflower until rice consistency. In a bowl combine cauliflower rice, almond flour, coconut flour, corn meal, flax seeds, onion, garlic, oil and egg replacer. Mix well, add salt to taste.
Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet
Using your hands, make several little balls and lay onto parchment paper. Gently and slightly flatten each ball with a spoon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and (optional) a few more drops of olive oil.
Bake for 20/25 minutes, or until golden.
