Green Smoothie Week – Day 3

For Day 3 a groovy and really easy green smoothie to keep your immune system strong & healthy! Perfect for this season and kids will enjoy drinking it too!  I absolutely LOVE it!

CITRUS GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup water
1 handful of spring mix greens
1 orange (peeled)
1 lemon (peeled)
1 banana
1 handful of frozen melon cubes

Put all the ingredients into your blender container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Turn it on at max speed. Use tamper to press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
Blend for 60-90 seconds.
Enjoy!
