Healthier, delicious, smooth, sweet and multi-task (which means it can easily enhance almost every dessert/sweet snack: you can put it on a muffin, a cookie, some fruit, on a tartine, in a yoghurt, on a waffle, on some bread…)!
As you probably know the main ingredients in Nutella are sugar and vegetable oil, whereas the most prominent ingredients in this gorgeous cream are rice milk and hazelnuts! God exists! 🙂
230 g hazelnuts (toasted)
PS: If you want a creamier paste, add more milk. You can also change the amount of cacao according to your taste!
